Objectives
The overarching objective of this project is to enhance organizations' capacity for effective digital transformation and technological integration. Upon achieving this goal, organizations will experience several positive outcomes:
- Increased Efficiency: Modern technology streamlines processes, making workflows faster, smoother, and more consistent. With mundane tasks automated, staff can dedicate more time to innovative ideas.
- Focused Core Competencies: Digital transformation prompts organizations to assess their core priorities, differentiating vital functions from peripheral ones.
- Enhanced Internal Collaboration: Large-scale digital transformation projects can foster improved collaboration across an organization, breaking down silos and encouraging teamwork.
- Improved Employee Performance: By creating a tech-enabled work environment, employee productivity can rise, enhancing daily work tasks.
- Greater Agility: Organizations will become more agile and adaptive, capable of responding swiftly to changes and opportunities.
This project primarily aims to bolster organizations' digital transformation journeys. By increasing their preparedness and capacity, the project guides them in adapting their organizational processes to align with digital advancements. The guideline produced will offer a balanced blend of vocational skills and work-based learning, aligned with evolving economic cycles and key competences. This endeavor contributes to the innovation of Vocational Education and Training (VET) by introducing new curricula designed to meet current and future economic needs. Ultimately, this initiative seeks to drive innovation, enhance VET practices, and serve as a valuable resource for organizations aiming to boost their organizational transformations.

Guideline developing
In this activity, three phases will be carried out:
A2.1: Developing Guideline for Organizational Restructuring:
- Partners led by Akademios will create a concise guideline for effectively restructuring organizational processes to align with digital transformation plans.
- The guideline will offer practical ways for organizational bodies in entities to adapt to digital transformation, drawing from the outcomes of Activity 1.
- It will encompass study materials, collected based on professional needs, serving as a comprehensive knowledge base for reorganizing entities.
- The Open Education Resource (OER) will stand as a standalone learning material, offering both theoretical insights and practical implementation strategies.
A2.2: Piloting the Guideline:
- Partners will conduct two mini workshops each, targeting organizational bodies in various entities within their national context.
- These workshops will feature training sessions on restructuring processes to align with digitalization plans.
- Mini workshops will serve as dissemination platforms, inviting other stakeholders and speakers from partner organizations to contribute.
- These half-day workshops will begin with introducing the Erasmus program, followed by training sessions.
- Feedback from participants will be collected for guideline refinement.
A2.3: Finalizing the Guideline:
- Feedback received from the workshops will be incorporated into the guideline's final version.
The guideline will include both workshop activities and insights from participants after piloting, offering a comprehensive resource for organizational restructuring aligned with digital transformation.
